I have designed this intimate experience as something I would personally want to seek out and attend.

When we combine transformational experiences using embodied modalities, with a group of individuals resonating on the same frequency, and a nature-based sanctuary, I believe we have the ingredients for something special to occur.

Here is my vision for this experience:

• We gather at The Wellness Den and get to meet one another - a like-minded group who will get to share this unique experience.

• I will guide us in getting settled into our meditation studio with Thai mats, blankets, and bolsters, pillows, eye covering and anything else needed to be as comfortable as possible for the breathwork experience.

• Each guest will be asked to bring their own favorite set of over-ear, noise-canceling headphones with a 2.5mm headphone input (to plug into the audio soundtrack)

• We will then drop-in together to a special 1 hour guided upregulating breathwork experience from Enfold Institute. This is one of the most incredible breathwork experiences I have experienced, transporting me into states of euphoria, reflection, gratitude, joy, and peace.

• From the breathwork experience, the group will be invited to spend the next 2 hours enjoying our 5-acre nature sanctuary, individuals will have opportunities to find quiet spaces to reflect amongst the forest and crops, as well as enjoy rounds of restorative sauna & cold plunge cycles to further soothe and reset the nervous system.

• I will have some reflection questions for everyone to ponder to integrate the breathwork experience.

• There will be nourishing snacks and refreshments for guests to enjoy

• We will close the evening together, sharing our experience, the learnings, insights, and takeaways, before saying goodbye.

The cost for this experience will be $129/guest. My goal is to make this accessible if you’re drawn to attend while making sure that each guest is ready to fully invest in the experience.
